DMCA Policy

Last updated: June 4, 2026

Rollout Heaven respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA"), Rollout Heaven will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Service.

1. Designated Agent

Rollout Heaven's designated agent for receiving DMCA notices is:

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated agent containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Rollout Heaven to locate the material (e.g., account identifier, URLs, screenshots).
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or in Connecticut if you reside outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, Rollout Heaven will forward it to the original complainant and restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days, unless the complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order against the user.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Rollout Heaven will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A user who has been the subject of three (3) or more valid DMCA takedown notices will have their account permanently terminated without refund.

5. Misrepresentation Warning

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer or by Rollout Heaven.

6. AI-Generated Content

Rollout Heaven uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content. AI-generated output may occasionally produce text that resembles existing copyrighted works. If you believe AI-generated content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice as described above. Rollout Heaven is not the author of AI-generated output and does not control the specific text produced by third-party AI models.

7. Limitations

This DMCA policy applies to content stored on or transmitted through Rollout Heaven's Service. Rollout Heaven cannot remove or control content that a user has exported from the Service and published on third-party platforms (e.g., social media posts, email campaigns sent by the user). Claims regarding such content should be directed to the relevant third-party platform and/or to the user who published it.
