Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases are final. Rollout Heaven does not offer refunds for subscription fees, one-time purchases, or add-on services.
By subscribing to or purchasing any product or service from Rollout Heaven, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. This policy is presented to you before checkout and your completion of payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Subscription Plans (Pro, Elite, Elite Plus)
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected).
- All subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes partial billing periods, unused time, and any period remaining after cancellation.
- If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service through the end of the current paid billing period. No pro-rated refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining time in the billing period.
- Downgrading from a higher tier to a lower tier does not entitle you to a refund of the difference.
2. Paid Plans
- Rollout Heaven does not offer a free trial. Subscriptions begin and your payment method is charged immediately upon selecting a paid plan and completing checkout.
- All initial and recurring charges are non-refundable as described in Section 1. It is your responsibility to cancel before your next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again.
3. One-Time Purchases & Add-Ons
- One-time purchases -- including but not limited to the Outreach List, Playlist Tracker access, backlog song registration packs, and any other add-on products -- are non-refundable once delivered or access is granted.
- Digital products and services are considered delivered upon access being granted to your account, which occurs immediately upon successful payment.
4. White Glove & Concierge Services
- Managed service packages (Elite Partner, White Glove management) are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.
- If work has not yet begun, a cancellation request may be considered at Rollout Heaven's sole discretion.
5. How to Cancel Your Subscription
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings within the app, or by contacting us at josephmadiganmusic@gmail.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation is processed.
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current or any prior billing period.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and all associated access.
- We will provide evidence of this agreed-upon no-refund policy to your payment processor in the event of a dispute.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination, collection action, and reporting to fraud prevention services.
7. Exceptions
- Refunds may be issued at Rollout Heaven's sole discretion in cases of verifiable billing errors or duplicate charges caused by a system malfunction.
- If applicable law in your jurisdiction requires that refunds be provided under certain circumstances, we will comply with those requirements to the extent required by law.
- To request review of a potential billing error, contact josephmadiganmusic@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge.
8. Service Modifications & Discontinuation
- Rollout Heaven reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time. Changes to the Service do not entitle you to a refund.
- If Rollout Heaven permanently discontinues the entire Service, prepaid subscription fees for the unused portion of the then-current billing period may be refunded at our discretion.
