Why the creator share is so small

Three layers take a cut before a gift reaches you. Apple and Google charge app store fees when coins are bought in the app, which is why the same coins cost more there. TikTok converts the gifted coins into diamonds at about half their count. Then each diamond pays out at around half a cent. Put together, a creator usually ends up with somewhere between a fifth and a quarter of what the fan spent.

That gap is why it can pay to run your show somewhere that pays you directly, and simulcast to TikTok for reach.

Keep 80% of what your fans spend

On Rollout Heaven Live fans pay you directly for song reviews and gifts, and you keep 80% of paid transactions and 100% of donations, before card processing. You get your own page at rolloutheaven.com/yourname, a browser studio, and a simulcast to YouTube and Facebook. $19.99 a month, with the first month at $11.99.

For Christian creators only. Rollout Heaven Live is a streaming platform built only for Christian artists and hosts, and every page on it is a Christian music show. If that is you, this is your home.

Frequently asked questions

How much is 1,000 TikTok coins in dollars?

A viewer pays roughly $10.50 on the TikTok website and up to about $14 in the app. The creator who receives those 1,000 coins as a gift is commonly estimated to get about $2.50.

How much of a TikTok gift does the creator keep?

TikTok does not publish an official rate. Using the common estimates, a creator keeps roughly 18% of what a fan spent in the app and about 24% when the coins were bought on the website.

How much is a TikTok diamond worth?

About half a cent, so 1,000 diamonds is about $5. Taxes and withdrawal fees can lower what reaches your bank.

How is the Rollout Heaven Live number worked out?

It takes the same dollars your fans spent, as direct gifts on your Rollout Heaven Live page. You keep 80% of each paid transaction, minus card processing (2.9% plus 30 cents) and a 25 cent payout account fee per transaction, and the $19.99 monthly plan is taken off the total.
